Xentry Installation Package & Xentry Key
From 04/09 onwards Mercedes DAS has an extra Interface/program called Xentry . To install the new Xentry interface you need a specific key and some extra files.
To install the new Xentry interface you need a specific key, and in most cases, some extra files. If you do not have an Xentry Key, you can still use the older style DAS, however, you willl not be able to access models such as the 212, 207 and 204.

Before we can supply your key, we need to know your Xentry HW-ID and AppID.
In order to obtain your HW-ID and your AppID please open the Star Utilities program on the desktop. Click on the "Startkey manager" tab, then select "Xentry Diagnosis" from the application drop down menu. The highlighted circles below show the information we require.
