• Laptop or PC connected to the Internet with fresh Windows 64bit (the 32bit operating system support has been discontinued).
• Teamviewer installed as shown below

Setting up a remote connection is very easy to do, you will need the following:

• Your laptop connected to the Internet
• A program called "Teamviewer" installed on your laptop, this is free to download from: https://www.teamviewer.com

Once you have installed "Teamviewer" we can very quickly connect to your computer if you send us your ID and Password as shown above.
